Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Florida warehouse and partner distribution centers across the US for faster delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on international shipping options.
What about large equipment?
Large items ship via freight carrier. We'll contact you to schedule delivery.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday typically ship same day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $100 qualify for free standard ground shipping within the continental United States.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us immediately at sales@brewcraftory.com. We can modify orders that haven't shipped yet.
What's your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
We pay return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Customers pay for change-of-mind returns.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return. Bank posting takes an additional 5-10 days.
