Our Price Match Guarantee
BrewCraftory LLC strives to offer the best everyday low prices on all our brewing equipment and supplies. However, given the dynamic nature of the marketplace, it's nearly impossible to stay on top of every competitor's current pricing. If you find an identical item at a lower delivered price, give us a call at (720) 471-5468. We'll do our best to match or beat it!
While we can't guarantee that we can meet or beat every price, we appreciate the opportunity and we'll work hard to get you our lowest possible price.
Price Match Requirements
To qualify for our price match guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Identical Items: Price match must be for the exact same item (brand, model, color, size)
- Authorized Dealers: Item must be from an authorized dealer with a physical U.S. presence
- In Stock: Item must be currently in stock and available for immediate shipment
- Published Price: Price must be publicly advertised (not a private sale or auction)
- Total Price: Comparison price must include all shipping, handling, and taxes
- Time Limit: Price match requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
Exclusions
Our price match policy does not apply to:
- Closeout, clearance, or liquidation sales
- Used, open-box, or refurbished items
- Marketplace sellers (Amazon Marketplace, eBay, etc.)
- Membership club prices (Costco, Sam's Club, etc.)
- Bundle deals or package pricing
- Financing offers or promotional discounts
- Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other limited-time sales
- International sellers or websites
- Florida sales tax (not included in price match calculations)
How to Request a Price Match
- Find a Lower Price: Locate the identical item at a lower total delivered price
- Contact Us: Call us at (720) 471-5468 during business hours
- Provide Information: Share the competitor's website, item details, and pricing
- Verification: Allow our team to verify the pricing and eligibility
- Price Adjustment: If approved, we'll adjust your price or issue a credit
Post-Purchase Price Matching
- Price adjustments available within 14 days of purchase
- Original order must not have shipped
- One price adjustment per item
- Refund of difference issued as store credit or original payment method
