- Items returned within 90 days of purchase that meet our Return Policy requirements
- Order cancellations made before shipment
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Orders that fail to arrive within the promised delivery timeframe
Refund Methods by Payment Type
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method as follows:
Credit Card Payments
- Refunds are credited back to the original credit card used for purchase
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
- The refund will appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles
Shop Pay
- Refunds are processed directly to your Shop Pay account
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
- You will receive an email notification from Shop Pay when the refund is completed
Google Pay
- Refunds are credited to the payment method linked to your Google Pay account
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
- The refund will appear in your Google Pay transaction history
Refund Processing Timeline
- Return Receipt: 1-3 business days to receive and inspect returned items
- Approval: 1-2 business days to approve the refund request
- Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed through Shopify Payments
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account
Total estimated time: 10-20 business days from return receipt to refund appearing in your account
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Items returned outside the 90-day return window (at our discretion)
- Items returned in used or damaged condition
- Items missing original packaging, documentation, or accessories
- Items subject to restocking fees (up to 25% of purchase price)
Non-Refundable Items and Charges
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs for LTL freight items
Refund Notifications
You will receive email notifications at the following stages:
- When we receive your returned item
- When your refund is approved or denied
- When your refund has been processed
Order Cancellation Refunds
- Orders cancelled before shipment: Full refund including shipping charges
- Orders cancelled after shipment: Subject to our standard return policy
- Processing time: 3-5 business days for cancelled orders
Disputes and Chargebacks

- Suspension of future orders

All refunds are processed in USD. For international transactions, refund amounts may vary due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the purchase date and refund date.
