Product Warranty Coverage

At Brew Craftory, we work exclusively with manufacturers who stand behind their products. BEERDRINKERS LLC ensures all equipment sold comes with appropriate warranty protection.

Standard Warranty Terms

  • Defective parts, subject to the inspection of the Manufacturer, will be replaced or repaired during the warranty period on a no charge basis
  • Warranty period varies by manufacturer and product type
  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only
  • Warranty is valid from the date of purchase with proof of purchase required

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship issues
  • Component failures under normal use
  • Functional defects that prevent normal operation

What's NOT Covered

  • Improper operation due to low voltage conditions
  • Inadequate wiring or electrical issues
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Improper installation or setup
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Damage from natural disasters
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Commercial use (unless specified)

Warranty Periods by Product Category

  • Brewing Equipment: 1-2 years (varies by manufacturer)
  • Fermenters & Tanks: 1-5 years (varies by manufacturer)
  • Pumps & Motors: 1 year
  • Temperature Controllers: 1 year
  • Measuring Instruments: 6 months - 1 year
  • Accessories: 30 days - 1 year

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning any product, contact our customer service team:

  2. Provide Information: Be prepared to provide:
    • Order number or proof of purchase
    • Product model and serial number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)
  3. Obtain Authorization: Receive a Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) number
  4. Ship the Product: Package the item securely and ship to the provided address
  5. Inspection: Manufacturer will inspect the product
  6. Resolution: Receive repair, replacement, or explanation of warranty denial

Shipping Costs

  • To Manufacturer: All shipping costs related to returning the product to the Manufacturer for inspection will be prepaid by the buyer
  • Return to Customer: Shipping non-defective parts back to the Buyer will be paid by the Buyer
  • Warranty Replacements: Manufacturer typically covers shipping for warranty replacements

Exclusions and Limitations

All expenses, content loss of food (or other) due to spoilage, losses in revenue, and labor charges arising or originating from the failure of defective parts will be borne by the Buyer. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Lost ingredients or finished products
  • Business interruption costs
  • Labor costs for removal or installation
  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue

Extended warranty coverage may be available for select products. Contact our sales team for more information about extended warranty options.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products come with manufacturer warranties that may offer different terms than outlined above. We will provide manufacturer warranty information when available. Key manufacturer warranty contacts include:

  • Keep all original packaging and documentation

Warranty Transfers

Most manufacturer warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Check specific manufacturer terms for transfer policies.

International Warranties

Warranty terms may vary for international purchases. Products shipped outside the United States may have different warranty coverage or may not be covered at all.
