Shipping Information

At Brew Craftory (operated by BEERDRINKERS LLC), we understand that getting your brewing equipment quickly is important for your brewing schedule. We've partnered with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Items:

  • We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS
  • Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days
  • Tracking information provided for all shipments

Large/Heavy Items:

  • Shipped via Motor Freight carriers
  • Standard curbside delivery
  • Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days
  • Customer will be contacted to schedule delivery

Shipping Rates

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.99 for orders under $100
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before order completion

Expedited Shipping: If you require faster shipping, please call our Customer Service Department at (720) 471-5468 for expedited shipping rates.

Delivery Schedule

  • Orders ship Monday through Friday
  • No shipments or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays

Shipping Destinations

BrewCraftory does not currently offer shipping outside of the contiguous United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Hawaii and Alaska: Please contact our Sales Department at (720) 471-5468 for shipping rates and warranty information for products shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous materials regulations
  • Restricted items will be clearly marked on product pages
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for freight deliveries

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package

Delivery Issues

  • Signature may be required for high-value orders
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive large freight deliveries
  • IMPORTANT: Carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier
  • For missed deliveries, contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided

Important Notes

Brew Craftory (operated by BEERDRINKERS LLC) is not responsible for shipping delays due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical failures
  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer
  • Typographical and/or transcribing errors
  • Other factors beyond our control

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Inspect packages upon delivery
  • Report any damage to the carrier immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items
  • Keep all packaging materials for insurance claims

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on international shipping options for the future.
